What free Consultation is not
What a free evaluation does NOT do:
Free evaluation does not provide design options
Free evaluation is not a consultation that involves in-depth research into your project;
Free evaluation is not expected to answer complex design solutions
Free evaluation is not an open ended interaction. After initial questions you will be referred to our fee-based consultation services.

Their options are a 50 by 100 piece of land in the upscale estate of RUNDA, NAIROBI, KENYA and another 1/2 acre in NGONG. This question is forwarded to Ondigon Design to give advice on which would be a good fit for their 5 bedroom house. After reviewing the two pieces of land we determine that the NGONG property may provide more opportunities in terms of size but the RUNDA property would be a little tight or provide smaller rooms. After receiving our assessment. Mr. & Mrs. Kamau request us to determine which part of the Ngong property would be ideal. is it the sloped corner on the left of the land and where would they have their driveway? Such a request is beyond our free evaluation. The free evaluation process was closed when we sent our assessment.
