What a free evaluation does NOT do: Free evaluation does not provide design options Free evaluation is not a consultation that involves in-depth research into your project; Free evaluation is not expected to answer complex design solutions Free evaluation is not an open ended interaction. After initial questions you will be referred to our fee-based consultation services. Some examples: 1. Ms. Pratt has just purchased a piece of land in his native country, LIBERIA. She intends to maximize on her investment and wants to find out how many apartments can be constructed and the size of each apartment. This is beyond the scope of out free consultation. 2. Mrs. Ayedoba intends to build an rental apartment block in Port Harcourt, NIGERIA. She has already purchased a beautiful peice of land that is right next to the main road. She emails us an inquiry for free evaluation. After reviewing her survey plan, we determine that the size of the plot is suitable for a more than average square footage building and very close to what Mrs. Adeyoba was thinking. After receiving our assessment, Mrs. Ayedoba further requests that we give her options on apartment designs. Such a request is beyond the scope of our free evaluation. For further consultation, Mrs. Ayedoba may choose our fee-based consultation services, or begin the design process with our team
3. Mr. & Mrs. Kamau intend to finally construct their dream mansion. The couple are though not decided on where they should build. Their options are a 50 by 100 piece of land in the upscale estate of RUNDA, NAIROBI, KENYA and another 1/2 acre in NGONG. This question is forwarded to Ondigon Design to give advice on which would be a good fit for their 5 bedroom house. After reviewing the two pieces of land we determine that the NGONG property may provide more opportunities in terms of size but the RUNDA property would be a little tight or provide smaller rooms. After receiving our assessment. Mr. & Mrs. Kamau request us to determine which part of the Ngong property would be ideal. is it the sloped corner on the left of the land and where would they have their driveway? Such a request is beyond our free evaluation. The free evaluation process was closed when we sent our assessment. For further consultation, Mr. & Mrs. Kamau may choose our fee-based consultation services, or begin the design process with our team. 4. Mr. Atito has found a property listed as a luxury 3 bedroom flat in Parklands in an apartment complex for 11.5 million Kenya Shillings. Mr. Atito inquires as to whether it would cost him a similar amount to find a vacant piece of land and build in parklands. After reviewing the prospective property for purchase we give a generalized breakdown of typical construction costs in Nairobi Parklands area that would save him almost 40% more then purchasing the listed property.
